Solartech is seeking funding to commercialize a revolutionary cost effective solar illumination device.  The patented technology complements a building's  electric lighting system, providing dramatic energy cost savings by reducing or eliminating  the need for daytime electric lighting for a substantial part of the year. Providing environmental returns as well, the five year installed base of Solartech units will eliminate more than ten million metric tons of carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides, mercury, greenhouse gases and other pollutants each year.
